 GO Back   Hello Everyone, It’s been a long time since I have updated this page but there are so many things going on lately that I have little time left in my busy schedule. I am trying to adjust my schedule to make more time for updates. I have managed to keep up with posting pictures. We have managed to go out to many events but there seems to be little time to post anything. I guess we need help, more writers etc. We had a great time at SPI Splash this April. We took new friends along and the usual SYM’ers. Joining us were Juan, Hector, Henry, JP, Joe C., Rey, Eddie, Gilbert O. Serafin, Mark, Liz. I apologize if I forgot someone. As usual Splash is where we see friends that we haven’t kept in touch with and where we meet new friends. There were many thrills that night. The music was awsome, but the biggest thrill was for ShAntii as he took pictures and met the “DOT COM’ers like Ivan, Mikie, Texas Demon (Gino) and more. We continue regular visits to Val’s Goth Night it’s hard to believe that it’s been going on a year now. Saturday’s continue as time permits. The music this past Saturday was much better as the new DJ (sorry, don’t recall name) had the club dancing with some of the best dance music in Brownsville. It seems that lately everyone at Speak Your Mind is busy doing their own thing but SYM keeps everyone together. It’s all about good friends that no matter what is going on, manage to keep in touch and meet new friends as this is what Speak Your Mind is all about. There have been new additions to Speak Your Mind in different ways. Some SYM’ers have gotten married, others have added to their family, Congratulations to Joe and Michelle who had a Beautiful baby girl this month. Louie and Luz tied the knot-- Congratulations. The concerts continue. Word is Paul Van Dyk who is now listed as the Number One DJ of the world for this year, will be in Austin in June (another SYM road trip?) Our own Joey just came back from New York where he met Paul Van Dyk.......WOW! I will post pictures soon. Paul Van Dyk will have a new cd out soon as Joey said he played some new music and it was announced that he is releasing new music. I can’t wait!! Also plans are in the making for the Phantom of the Opera play in Houston this July. Let’s see what other events come up. Well, that’s it for now, see ya again soon.
