The Devil Wears Prada
By ShAnTii

How many of us wish we had the best job in the world?  A place where one can go too every day and have the best time of their lives.  Skies the limit.  A dream.  A fantasy.  A job where we would inundate ourselves in class, style and headaches that come with exquisite results and luxurious benefits.  Bathes of gold.

Since the moment I saw the trailor to "The Devil Wears Prada" and saw that Meryl Streep was going to be the divine - Miranda Priestly and with Madonna's song "Jump" in the background, I knew that it was going to be a fantastic flick.  I am an avid Meryl Streep fan and I enjoy movies dealing with conglomerate companies and modern-day sassy opportunities.  The movie was quite a dish and it now ranks as one of my favorite movies of all time up there with Mommie Dearest & The Bird Cage - two true movie classics.  It is a movie with a journey both professionally and emotionally.  What guy or girl would do to have such a lavish job as such Andrea Sachs who was the hired assistant to the infamous, glamour queen and high profile - Miranda Priestly.  Oh Emily, can I have your job?  It is a  once in a lifetime opportunity, to say the least.  Prada!  Armani!  Versace at every turn.  It is a hilarious movie that should be embraced by many.

Many of us complain about our bosses.  The Devil Wears Prada  gives a rich and a new meaning to plaints about "The Boss from Hell."   A devilish person whom actually makes work your priority other than your own self.  Placing your life 2nd and even placing your relationship farther back on the list.  Keeping the boss happy and satisfied in every aspect created in every shape, form and color has to be at hand.  Miranda Priestly.  She is a total package.  The ultimate queen of style.  An empire!  A person that does not think twice about succeeding and wanting the best luxuries in life.

Even with a boss from hell, would such a job be even be worth the light of day?  Hell Yeah!!  This is the ultimate BOSS movie.  Next time you're told to do this, do that, follow up on these tasks, do these chores,  post the following, pick up the clothes at the cleaners, buy the unexpected, pamper the children, entice my life, schedule my appointments, stop your life and revolve it around me, don't you dare ask - is that all?  Because honey, that is just the tip of the iceberg.
